Texoir is a single varietal project, focusing on small block selections of the grape varieties we feel grow best on the Texas High Plains.
Bo Coup is a blend of some of our favorite single varietal selections from Texoir. Combining these singular components to create a greater harmony often gives rise to more complexity, illustrating a broader view of our growing region.
Dead Flowers is all about that Rosé! From the first vintage in 2012, this Provence-inspired, dry rosé displays elegance and beauty, forging a path for wines of balance to be produced in Texas.
